The total area of the house is about 400m2. It has five bedrooms and two large suites and can accommodate up to 20 people. Each room and suite has its own bathroom and is equipped with air conditioning. The house is centrally located in the Medina (the old city of Marrakesh) between the famous ancient palaces of “Palais Bahia” and “Palais Badii.” The world-famous “Jemaa El Fna” square is only 7 minutes away from here. A taxi stand is located a few steps away at the square “Place de Ferblantier.” There you can also find many shops and very good street food. For a glass of wine head to the “Kosy Bar” which is also located at this square.

This riad rental in Marrakesh was entirely renovated in 2011 with traditional Moroccan construction methods. Examples of Moroccan handicraft such as tadelakt (Moroccan wall painting technique with colors), sculpted plaster and wooden ceilings are displayed in every room. Its origin goes back to the 17th century.
